Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2025

These terms explain the rules for using HostingSwift services, how billing works, and the responsibilities on both sides. We have kept the language as plain as possible.

1. Agreement to these terms

By creating an account or using any HostingSwift service you agree to these terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the services.

2. Accounts and eligibility

  • •You must provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
  • •You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and API tokens.
  • •You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to hold an account.
  • •You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Services and availability

We provide hosting, storage, streaming, networking and related services as described at the time of purchase. Features may change over time as we improve the platform, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect you.

Free tiers are provided as-is without any availability commitment. Paid service availability commitments are set out in our Service Level Agreement.

4. Billing and renewals

  • •Fees are billed in advance for the billing cycle you select.
  • •Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes.
  • •Unless you cancel before the renewal date, services renew automatically for the same cycle.
  • •Failing to pay may result in suspension and eventual termination of the affected service.
  • •We will not change your renewal price without giving you advance notice and the chance to cancel.

5. Your content and acceptable use

You retain ownership of the content you store on our platform. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, transmit and back up that content so we can operate the services for you.

Your use of the services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate a service if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the services in a way that threatens the stability, security or lawful operation of our platform or the wider internet.

Where practical, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to remedy a breach before taking action. You may cancel your services at any time from the control panel.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HostingSwift is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service during the period giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in the control panel. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
