Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2025
This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the rights you have over it. We aim to collect the minimum needed to run the service well.
1. What we collect
- •Account details you give us, such as your name, email address, company and billing address.
- •Billing and payment records, including invoices and payment status. Full card numbers are handled by our payment processors, not stored by us.
- •Service data: configurations, resource usage metrics and technical logs needed to operate the platform.
- •Support correspondence and the messages you send to our team.
- •Technical data such as IP address, browser type and access times when you use our website or panel.
2. How we use your data
- •To provide, maintain and secure the services you have purchased.
- •To process payments, issue invoices and prevent fraud.
- •To communicate about your account, including service notices and security alerts.
- •To respond to support requests and improve the platform.
- •To comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
3. Legal bases for processing
Where required by law, we process personal data on the basis of contract performance (to deliver the services you signed up for), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention and service improvement), legal obligation (tax and accounting), and consent where we ask for it.
4. What we do not do
- •We do not sell your personal data.
- •We do not inspect the contents of your files or traffic for advertising purposes.
- •We do not share your data with third parties except processors who help us run the service, or where legally compelled.
5. Service providers
We use a small number of carefully chosen processors for functions such as payment processing and transactional email. These providers are bound by contract to use your data only to deliver their service to us.
6. Data retention
We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and accounting requirements. Operational logs are kept for a limited period consistent with running and securing the platform, then deleted or aggregated.
7. Your rights
- •Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- •Request correction of inaccurate data.
- •Request deletion of your data, subject to our legal retention obligations.
- •Object to or restrict certain processing.
- •Export your data in a portable format where technically feasible.
8. Security and contact
We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices across our infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep yours safe.
To exercise any privacy right, or to ask a question about this policy, email us and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
